Our casino host, Joe Vicuna, is probably the most gracious, knowledgeable hotel person ever (and just a real good guy) I've ever encountered in Vegas. However I must give kudos to one person who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Without mincing words, this is the finest resort in Las Vegas.period!!! From the moment of check-in this was the best experience I've had in LV!! Property is immaculate, gaming is solid and the hotel staff is the most friendly I've ever encountered in all my 40 years of going to LV. Just completed a weeks stay at the Red Rock Casino/Hotel.
